PROCESS FLOW

The production team at Zahra Apparel is well equipped to maintain desired quality standards at each manufacturing process ensuring high end products. The sewing operation strictly operates on standard minutes values. Extensive inline QC system is deployed which operates in such a manner that each and bundle passes through 5 inline inspection station. Garment manufacturing capacity is also in expansion stage which will lead us to produce wide variety of denim and non-denim products.

It is the quest of higher standards of production which is the key to our success. An independent quality team is trained specifically to monitor our process to ensure the customer’s requirement. It is an elite team with comprehensive authority to control complete production process to achieve desired quality level. Each and every material used, is checked by this team before it is stored or allocated.

Process quality checks starts from in-house fabric inspection, cutting, in-line and stage inspection in sewing, wet process scrutinizing, finishing till the end when the final product is packed for shipment.
